Legal Tender Specialist

About the role

Fujifilm Spain is looking for a Legal Tender Specialist to join its Legal Department in Alcobendas. The role focuses on managing public procurement processes from tender publication through contract award and execution, supporting both public and private sector engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with public and private bodies throughout the tender lifecycle, from publication to award and contract performance.
• Handle and respond to tender‑related requests and maintain ongoing communication with bidders.
• Manage guarantees and analyse commercial contracts.
• Coordinate resources and external consultants as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in public procurement management.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish administrative regulations such as LRJSP, LPAC and LCSP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce (desirable).
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially AI, and knowledge of the healthcare sector (advantage).
• Previous project experience is valued.
