License Compliance Inside Sales Representative - Italy

About the role

Autodesk is looking for an experienced inside sales representative for its License Compliance department in Italy. The role profiles and detects non-compliant companies, presents findings to C-level executives and helps customers understand cracked licenses, subscription overuse and other non-compliant categories. The position covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting and profiling to closing negotiations, and requires meeting, exceeding and forecasting quarterly and annual sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits or consultancy
• Use data sets to educate companies and explain non-compliant behavior
• Address C-level executives on business needs and risks, deliver difficult messages and set deadlines
• Work with install bases and non-customers
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to move companies from non-compliance to compliance
• Develop yearly and quarterly plans to exceed sales quota and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
• Manage forecast, pipeline and activity metrics
• Drive License Compliance strategy across the territory and work with Legal, Channel and other sales teams

Required profile

• Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience
• Comfortable communicating and negotiating at executive level
• Ability to handle difficult and emotional conversations
• Willingness to integrate into teams and work toward individual and team goals
• Native Italian; business English is a must

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce

What we offer

• Starting on-target earnings of 57,000 to 83,600 EUR for Spain-based sales roles, depending on experience and location
