Life Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our life insurance portfolio. The role involves prospecting, building relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through networking and referrals.
• Present and explain life insurance products, matching them to client needs.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Provide ongoing service and support to existing policyholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims handling.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a high level of energy and entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum age of 28 years.
• At least five O’Levels/CXC passes.
• Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably in banking, teaching, business, sales or other service‑related fields.
• Own vehicle is an advantage.
