About the role

We are seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves promoting life insurance products, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers to sell life insurance policies.
• Maintain and expand a personal network to generate leads.
• Provide clients with product information and tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with high energy and entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent time‑management and personable communication style.
• Minimum age of 28 years.
• At least 5 O’Levels/CXC passes.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in banking, teaching, business, sales or other service‑related fields.
• Own vehicle is an asset.
