Live-in Nanny & Household Support

About the role

A busy UHNW family of five in Southern Spain is looking for a dedicated live‑in Nanny & Household Support professional. You will manage three teenagers, ensure smooth daily routines, and help keep the home immaculate during the mornings when the children are at school.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily childcare routines, prepare school equipment and uniforms, and ensure meals are taken on time.
• Provide overnight care and maintain consistent bedtime and mealtime routines when parents travel.
• Prepare snacks and dinner for the children and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Assist the full‑time housekeeper with light housekeeping while the children are at school.
• Handle school runs and occasional ad‑hoc errands, stepping in for the driver when needed.
• Accompany the family on occasional international trips as required.

Required profile

• Proactive self‑starter who anticipates needs before they are voiced.
• High emotional intelligence to mentor teenagers while respecting firm boundaries.
• Commitment to long‑term, stable employment in a high‑net‑worth household.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s licence and confident driving ability.
• EU passport.
