Live-In Russian-Speaking Housekeeper, Ibiza

About the role

An international family is relocating to San Lorenzo, Ibiza, in July and is looking for a responsible, proactive and energetic Russian-speaking housekeeper for a permanent, full-time live-in position. The household consists of two adults and their 6-year-old child, living in a three-floor, four-bedroom countryside house surrounded by woodland, with plans to build additional cottages. The role suits someone who is organised and independent, can handle a varied workload and wants to grow within the household and its hospitality business.

Key responsibilities

• General and deep cleaning of a three-floor, four-bedroom house, including laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
• Changing bed linen and keeping living spaces tidy
• Preparing breakfasts for the child and basic family cooking
• Running errands and shopping by car, as the property is rural
• Managing and coordinating with the on-site handyman and liaising with contractors and maintenance professionals
• Pet care for a dog and occasional babysitting

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of private housekeeping experience
• Two excellent, checkable references
• Basic Spanish and conversational Russian
• Spanish or international driving licence (essential)
• Legal right to work in Spain
