LMA Technician B1/B2 – A400M Maintenance (Seville)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an LMA Technician (B1/B2) to join its MRO team at the San Pablo site in Seville. The role focuses on the maintenance of the A400M aircraft, ensuring its operational availability and compliance with aviation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections on A400M airframes, engines, avionics and structures.
• Execute preventive, corrective and repair tasks following manufacturer manuals and EASA regulations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic and structural faults and implement effective solutions.
• Supervise maintenance activities to guarantee quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Record all work in maintenance logs and ensure documentation meets audit requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and cross‑functional teams to maintain aircraft availability.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programmes.

Required profile

• Valid EASA/PERAM B1 (mechanical) or B2 (avionics) LMA licence.
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably on large transport aircraft.
• Ability to work in confined spaces on the A400M.
• Strong teamwork orientation and capacity to work under pressure.
• Good technical English proficiency.
