Localization Project Coordinator

About the role

TVT Media is a global content services provider supporting streaming platforms and major studios. The Localization Project Coordinator will join the 24/7 operations team, managing translation and subtitling projects for high‑profile clients while supporting our worldwide pool of linguists.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate translation and quality‑control subtitling projects for streaming clients.
• Provide production and linguist support across teams in Singapore, Los Angeles and London.
• Troubleshoot linguist‑related issues and promptly escalate urgent client enquiries.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
• Drive process optimisation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Experienced and proactive individual with excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Pro‑active mindset and strong collaboration within a global team.
• Relevant experience in the localization or media industry and a degree in localization or language studies.
• Fluency in a second language besides English is preferred.
