Logistics Coordinator - JIT Plant

About the role

Lear For You is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for its JIT plant in Martorell. You will coordinate the end-to-end material flow in a Just-in-Time manufacturing environment so that the right parts arrive at the right time with zero disruption to production, working closely with production, suppliers and transport partners to keep inventory lean and service levels high.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery aligned with JIT production schedules.
• Manage daily transport plans, carrier communication and shipment tracking to avoid delays or line stoppages.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment to keep stock minimal without risking shortages.
• Work with production planners and suppliers to align delivery windows and adapt to demand changes.
• Resolve logistics disruptions quickly, including shortages, urgent shipments and transport issues.
• Analyze logistics performance (OTIF, lead times, costs) and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP or transport systems for real-time visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or production support in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a Just-in-Time or automotive lean manufacturing setup.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment.
