Logistics Inbound Flows Officer

About the role

Join the Logistics Department of Airbus Helicopters Spain in Albacete and take ownership of inbound logistics flows. You will act as the main point of contact for industrial logistics providers, ensuring safe, efficient and cost‑effective receipt and storage of aeronautical parts while supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Represent inbound flows and serve as the privileged interlocutor for logistics providers.
• Execute and monitor contracts with service providers operating industrial logistics activities.
• Challenge providers on safety, operational performance, quality of service, cost and continuous improvement.
• Interface with internal customers to align logistics delivery with Airbus Helicopters processes.
• Propose, deploy and track performance‑improvement solutions.
• Participate in the harmonisation of industrial logistics processes and support CES standards.
• Guarantee control of the activity budget and monitor key performance indicators.
• Ensure logistics cycles are respected, parts are preserved, and occasional business trips are undertaken as needed.

Required profile

• Engineer or senior technician specialised in logistics operations or similar fields.
• International experience and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Autonomy, rigor, risk anticipation and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, initiative, proactivity and conflict‑resolution skills.
