Logistics Operations Manager – France (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our logistics activities in France for TikTok Shop. The role will ensure seamless end‑to‑end logistics performance, from import clearance to final delivery, while supporting the rapid growth of our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics functions in France, including import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, reverse logistics and reverse warehousing.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics performance across multiple modes, ensuring timely delivery from payment to receipt.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key sellers, 3PL partners and logistics providers.
• Own SOPs, monitor KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement short‑term solutions while driving long‑term improvements.
• Conduct market and industry research to develop operational plans that mitigate risks from policy or market changes.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, drive high performance, and continuously improve team effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering, science, logistics, transportation or operations management.
• Deep understanding of logistics segments such as data integration, first‑mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, returns and import clearance.
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships, especially with couriers operating in the French market.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, analytical and data‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and French for effective communication with merchants and vendors.
