Luxury Reservation Consultant (German Speaker) - Part-Time

About the role

Accor's Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona is hiring a part-time Luxury Reservation Consultant who speaks German. You will handle inbound booking calls and use your sales skills to recommend rooms and suites for Accor's luxury hotels worldwide, turning guest conversations into bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest requests in an unscripted environment, acting as a bridge between Accor and its guests
• Have authentic conversations while booking travel experiences to luxury destinations
• Share your knowledge of the properties and make thoughtful recommendations so guests choose the right room and package
• Drive bookings and maximize revenue while meeting sales targets

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or tourism; luxury travel experience is a plus
• Native or near-native German and fluent English (C1-C2)
• Currently legally entitled to work part-time in Spain
• Availability from October 2026
• 20/25 hours per week, AM and PM schedules, with days off during weekdays

Required skills

• Comfortable with computers and new software
• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening
• Solid understanding of customer service principles
