Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (Finnish & English)

About the role

Avedo is looking for a Finnish-speaking sales professional to join its outbound project as an Outbound Insurance Sales Agent. You will call existing customers who have an outstanding loan balance and present an insurance product covering the remaining debt under the terms of the policy. The position is fully remote and runs on a freelance basis, not an employment contract.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing B2C customers by phone and explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately
• Understand each customer's situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs
• Explain the relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions
• Document conversations and outcomes in line with project requirements
• Follow all applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection

Required profile

• Fluent Finnish and good working English
• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance
• The qualifications needed to offer and arrange insurance for customers in the Finnish market, with proof of training, experience and any registration or authorisation required
• Responsible, customer-focused approach to sales
• Confident and professional on the phone

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office
