About the role
The Travel Division, a high‑end luxury travel agency, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to build and manage a premium travel consulting function. You will start as a senior individual contributor, driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to high‑value private aviation clients while shaping processes and hiring future consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a luxury travel consulting team from the ground up in line with growth plans.
- Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end travel experiences.
- Handle inbound, outbound, and referral leads to generate new business and foster repeat clientele.
- Drive business development through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Oversee travel bookings from enquiry to completion, maintaining accuracy and high service standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new travel consultants.
- Act as senior point of contact for complex bookings, VIP requests, and escalations.
- Represent the business at industry events, supplier meetings, and client engagements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in travel sales, client management, and high‑value account handling.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, preferably building teams.
- Strong aptitude for sales, including lead sourcing, cold calling, and direct selling.
- Ability to work under pressure, make prompt decisions, and maintain a “Customer First” mindset.
