Luxury Travel Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Team Leader to build and grow a high‑end travel consulting function within The Travel Division. The role combines senior sales responsibilities with leadership of a future team, delivering seamless end‑to‑end experiences for private‑aviation clients and other high‑value travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch a luxury travel consulting service from the ground up, aligned with business growth plans.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, handling inbound, outbound and referral leads to generate new business.
• Drive revenue through proactive outreach, networking and relationship building.
• Oversee travel bookings from enquiry to completion, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service.
• Act as senior point of contact for complex bookings, VIP requests and escalations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new travel consultants as the team expands.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed daily, monthly and annual productivity and financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury travel sales and client management.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong aptitude for sales, including lead sourcing, cold calling and direct selling.
• Ability to work under pressure, make prompt decisions and maintain a “Customer First” attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to ensure successful client trips.
