Maintenance Officer – Hotel Resort (Ibiza)

About the role

The Maintenance Officer will ensure that all hotel installations and machinery at Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort operate safely and efficiently. You will work closely with the hotel management team to maintain high standards of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations and equipment, guaranteeing optimal use and condition.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to company quality standards.
• Follow directives from supervisors and adhere to established quality procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Medium‑level vocational training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio Mantenimiento).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within hotel environments.
• Preferable training in legionella control and pool maintenance.
• Valid category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical abilities.
