Manager, Finance Transformation

About the role

DDN, a provider of massively parallel storage solutions, is hiring a Manager, Finance Transformation in Madrid. The role reports to the Director of Finance Transformation within the Chief Accounting Officer's organization and leads cross-functional business transformation initiatives, implements modern technology solutions, standardizes global processes and supports expansion into new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support transformation projects that deliver measurable value across several initiatives at once.
• Implement Navan's expense management and corporate card solution.
• Manage projects to globalize and standardize procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
• Support the setup and operationalization of legal entities for market expansion.
• Support the Workday implementation and post-launch optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with Accounting, Legal, HR and Business Systems teams to design, implement and manage projects.

Required profile

• Forward-looking view of the future of finance, including digital, automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships through excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in the business context behind decisions and goals.
• Four or more years of experience in accounting or finance transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, internal controls over financial reporting and US GAAP reporting.
• Experience with systems such as Workday, Navan or Salesforce strongly preferred.
