About the role

Join PwC's Deals Transaction Services team in Valencia as a Manager, Financial Due Diligence. You will work with leading organisations to evaluate and create value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence engagements, analysing financial statements, cash flows and operational data.
• Collaborate with cross‑border and diverse teams to deliver high‑quality insights.
