About the role

The XL team at Glovo Spain oversees the company’s most strategic restaurant partners – the leading national chains that drive the food vertical. As the Manager Key Accounts you will lead a group of Account Managers, set commercial standards and intervene directly in high‑impact negotiations and escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers handling Glovo Spain’s top restaurant partners.
• Act as the senior commercial voice for partner escalations, complex negotiations and high‑stakes reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve operational complexities that affect the commercial flow, owning issues from identification to resolution.
• Design and maintain the team’s operating rhythm, including performance reviews, priority setting and information sharing.
• Develop team members through targeted feedback, exposure and career‑focused conversations.
• Maintain a sustainable high‑performance environment, balancing pace with wellbeing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior commercial or account‑management role with a record of growing partnerships and handling difficult conversations.
• Strong structured thinking and problem‑diagnosis abilities, able to separate urgent from important and create lasting solutions.
• Experience leading or developing people, either formally or informally.
