Marketing Analyst Intern

About the role

Sony Europe is looking for a recent graduate to join its Marketing team in Barcelona for a 6-month paid internship, extendable by another 6 months. The intern supports the marketing team with promotion planning, reporting and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create and upload the SMART FAF (promotion document) for approval, based on forecasts and agreed activities per product manager (special price, sell-out allowance, stock compensation).
• Check that short-term activities listed in the FAF are actually implemented in the market.
• Report weekly on the results of the activities (sell-out basis) so they can be validated by Marketing, SBO and Sales.
• Make sure the FAF balance covers commitments once the activity is finished.
• Provide general support for the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university or business school and living in Barcelona.
• Background in Business, Marketing or Finance.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
• Analytical skills, commercial awareness and knowledge of AI tools applied to business.

Required skills

• Precise work with numbers and high-level Excel; good PowerPoint knowledge.
• Optional: SAP and BW.
