Marketing and PR Intern

About the role

This 12‑month internship (6 + 6 months) supports the Marketing & PR department of Disneyland Paris from our Madrid office. You will work on‑site four days a week, helping to position the brand among Spanish consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Integrated Communication Plan updates and review promotional assets against Creative Central style guides.
• Coordinate winner promotions, third‑party presentations and special shooting schedules.
• Update website and CRM content, translate materials, and conduct weekly digital user‑experience reviews.
• Audit competitor CD channels and support the affiliation programme.
• Adapt local Social Media assets for Facebook, curate content for the Disney Destinos Instagram account, and maintain the local content calendar with the agency.
• Deliver owned‑media assets for Publishing and Disney Channel and coordinate cross‑platform SoMe content.
• Support European PR event planning, produce media and influencer coverage reports, and assist with press‑release translation.

Required profile

• University studies in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, PR or Communications, with a strong digital background.
• High proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written); French is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude, analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
