Marketing and PR Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated early‑graduate to join the Marketing & PR team of Disneyland Paris, based in our Madrid office. This full‑time, one‑year internship (six months renewable) offers hands‑on experience supporting a range of marketing, digital and communications activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in updating the Integrated Communication Plan and reviewing promotional assets against brand guidelines.
• Coordinate third‑party promotions, winner follow‑ups and support special shooting schedules.
• Update website and CRM content, translate materials and conduct weekly UX reviews and competitor audits.
• Support social‑media teams by adapting assets for local channels, maintaining content calendars and assisting with photo‑shoots for Instagram.
• Help deliver owned‑media assets for Disney Channel and coordinate cross‑platform social content.
• Contribute to European PR event planning, media and influencer coverage reports, and assist with press release translation.

Required profile

• University studies in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, PR or Communications, preferably with a strong digital focus.
• Fluent Spanish and English (oral and written); French is a plus.
• Proactive, analytical, able to multitask and travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Canva, Capcut and AI‑based design tools.
