Marketing Coordinator (Remote, Spain)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a fast‑growing retail brand that is expanding across Spain and internationally. This remote position supports the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in executing campaigns, managing content, and ensuring smooth coordination of both digital and physical marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor social media posts, engage with the community, and respond to interactions.
• Coordinate content production with external creative partners and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Compile weekly performance reports and analyse basic metrics.
• Assist with logistics for campaigns across digital and physical channels.
• Support the planning and execution of events and activations as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Fluent Spanish and strong written English.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Detail‑oriented with a sense of ownership over deliverables.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with social media platforms.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
