Marketing Director Europe & Customer Engine

About the role

Join Lottusse as Marketing & Customer Engine Director. You will lead the European marketing strategy while building the company’s Customer Engine – encompassing CRM, clienteling, customer experience, retail experience and the overall customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the European marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the China market.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, KPIs and execute integrated activations across retail, e‑commerce, CRM, PR, social media, influencers, partnerships and communications.
• Own the Customer Engine: design CRM strategy, segmentation, lifecycle communications, newsletters, clienteling and initiatives for acquisition, retention, loyalty and customer value.
• Collaborate with retail, e‑commerce, visual merchandising and art direction to deliver a premium, consistent experience across all touchpoints.
• Maintain budget discipline, performance measurement and marketing governance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in marketing for luxury or fashion brands, preferably with a European scope.
• Strong understanding of CRM, clienteling, retail and e‑commerce integration.
• Ability to translate business objectives into cross‑channel activations and align with global (China) strategy.
• Track record of driving brand desirability, customer acquisition and retention.
• Analytical mindset to leverage customer insights, mystery‑shopping data and performance metrics.
