Marketing Intern – Madrid Boutique

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support the Madrid Boutique team. You will contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and client‑engagement projects, gaining hands‑on experience in luxury retail and boutique operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track Fashion Advisors’ clienteling activities (launches, campaigns, communications, and events), delivering weekly performance analysis and tailored action plans.
• Manage the clienteling gifting strategy, including inventory tracking, system registration, client feedback, and coordination of gift and flower deliveries.
• Support the planning and execution of boutique events and projects to enhance the overall client experience.
• Prepare client VIC experiences and travel itineraries.
• Oversee service apps (INCHANEL, EASY BOUTIQUE, WAITHILE), ensuring optimal performance and reporting technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a curated city guide (restaurants, exhibitions, local events) for the boutique team.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc marketing initiatives, generate insights, and explore AI tools to streamline processes.
• Assist in maintaining a high‑quality, accurate client database.
• Support and roll out marketing briefings for the sales team.

Required profile

• BA in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, organized and able to anticipate needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
• Passion for fashion, luxury and client‑centric experiences.
• Eligibility to formalize an internship agreement with an educational institution.
