Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist – French Speaker – VIE

About the role

As a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist on a VIE contract, you will design and execute demand‑generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline for a global technology services firm. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps, you will own multi‑channel campaigns, optimise the marketing automation funnel and deliver data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns (paid media, outbound, inbound) to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound initiatives, continuously test and optimise for conversion and ROI.
• Build and optimise the marketing automation funnel (MQL → SQL), manage workflows, lead scoring and nurturing programs.
• Use HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure data quality, lead routing and alignment with Sales.
• Track and analyse KPIs (ROI, CAC, LTV, funnel metrics) and create executive‑ready dashboards.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Drive pre‑event and post‑event outreach for major international events and report on event‑generated pipeline.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing or B2B digital marketing.
• Proven track record in both outbound and inbound lead generation, including paid channels.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and ROI tracking.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
