Marketing Strategy Associate (French Speaker)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. The role sits within the Acquisition Marketing team, which attracts new users and increases the reach, visibility and sales of its experiences and brands across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Spotify and search. The position is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy of the experiences, building strategies for partner events and Fever Original events worldwide
• Create performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility using social channels such as Facebook and Instagram
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyse performance and identify opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting) to set strategic directions for campaigns

Required profile

• 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms
• Proficient English and French
• Marketing background
• Willingness to work in Madrid and grow with Fever
