Marketing Strategy Associate (French Speaker)

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Marketing Strategy Associate in Madrid. The Marketing Team designs, develops, executes and analyses 360-degree campaigns across its teams (Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, Creative Optimization). This role builds marketing strategies for exclusive partner experiences and Fever Original events, and works closely with the growth marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences for partners and Fever Original events
• Create performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility using social channels such as Facebook and Instagram
• Analyse campaign performance with the growth marketing team and identify opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content, Copywriting) to set strategic directions for campaigns

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms
• Native-level French and advanced English
• Marketing background and in-depth knowledge of the French market
• Willingness to work in Madrid and grow within Fever
