Marketing Strategy Associate (Korean Speaker)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Marketing Strategy Associate in Madrid. The role leads the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth, working with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver marketing initiatives and optimise performance through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy of your experiences, including exclusive events worldwide for partners and Fever Original events.
• Create performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility using social channels such as Facebook and Instagram, and other platforms such as Google.
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content Copywriting teams to set strategic directions for campaigns.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, Meta ads and other social paid platforms.
• Proficient English and fluent Korean.
• Marketing background.
• Willingness to work in Madrid and grow within Fever.

Required skills

• Digital marketing and paid social advertising (Meta ads)
• Naver and/or Kakao Ads experience is a plus
