Marketing Strategy Associate (Madrid Based)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. The role works with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver marketing initiatives, optimizes campaign performance with data-driven insights and promotes products and experiences across digital channels. It is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy of your experiences
• Build marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, for partners and for Fever Original events
• Create performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility using social channels such as Facebook and Instagram
• Work with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content Copywriting teams to set strategic directions for campaigns

Required profile

• 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms
• Proficient English and French
• Marketing background
• Willingness to work in Madrid and grow within Fever
