Master Production Scheduler (Temp Agency)

About the role

Airbus Operations in Cádiz is looking for a Master Production Scheduler to support the production planning function on a temporary basis. The role focuses on ensuring that manufacturing plans are executed on schedule while coordinating with all stakeholders in the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Launch the monthly planning routine and manage mid‑term horizons.
• Evaluate programmes, production requirements and recovery plans.
• Define production scenarios based on the plant calendar and resource availability.
• Propose optimal solutions to meet plant requirements and communicate the selected scenario.
• Lead Master Production meetings, secure commitments and prevent planning delays.
• Build, update and analyse KPIs that measure plan execution and delivery performance.
• Maintain planning parameters and models in the planning tools and keep SAP data up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning.
• Strong negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
• Leadership abilities and experience working in a production environment.
