Materiel Support Specialist - Moncloa

About the role

Aerospacial company Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Materiel Support Specialist for its EF contract in Moncloa, Madrid. The post manages the Customer Orderbook and the performance of Spares and Repair processes, acting as the Airbus focal point at customer facilities and keeping permanent alignment with the final customer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Orderbook and monitor its KPIs, with a deep analysis aimed at improving the performance of the whole organisation
• Act as the Airbus focal point at customer facilities for Spares and Repair processes under the C3 contract, and identify and report potential risks to n+1 so that mitigation actions can be implemented by operational teams
• Be the focal point for customer escalations and prioritisation, making sure priorities are clear to operational teams and customer satisfaction is ensured
• Lead internal and external customer meetings to align with OD team activities and report a clear, reliable orderbook status
• Support the definition of processes that optimise OD performance, assist internal EF Materials meetings and coordinate operational issues and activities related to the customer
• Support Customer Program meetings and make sure OD actions are accomplished
