Mid Graphic Designer for Pharma

About the role

Dragons is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to join its growing healthcare‑focused creative team. The role will support an increasing volume of pharmaceutical and healthcare projects, working closely with a Senior Graphic Designer to deliver precise, brand‑consistent visual communication.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality digital assets for pharma campaigns, including social media posts, website elements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Adapt and expand creative concepts across multiple formats and channels while maintaining visual consistency.
• Translate complex healthcare information into clear, engaging designs that meet regulatory standards.
• Support fast‑paced production timelines without compromising accuracy or quality.
• Contribute to workflow improvements within the Pharma Design capability.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of accuracy requirements in regulated environments.
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international setting.
