Mid-Level DevOps Engineer – Remote (Spain)

About the role

This position sits at the core of a fast‑paced, cloud‑native engineering environment. You will maintain and evolve large‑scale Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS and GCP, supporting high‑traffic, data‑driven platforms while collaborating closely with development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters using GKE and EKS.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure deployments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using modern observability tools.
• Support and troubleshoot PostgreSQL and Kafka environments.
• Automate operational tasks with Python and Bash scripting.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across cloud and containerised environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment strategies.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide production support.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, distributed team.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
