Mid-level Graphic Designer – Hybrid (Madrid)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Graphic Designer to create visual and marketing assets for Bandsintown’s consumer app, artist platforms and live‑experience products. The role is hybrid, based in Madrid, and reports to the Senior Design Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design assets across channels – digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations, OOH and more.
• Create polished, on‑brand graphics and video using AI tools such as Midjourney, Luma, Flora and Claude.
• Build and manage landing pages in Wix Studio and similar platforms.
• Pitch and develop creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Manage multiple projects autonomously, sourcing content, gathering feedback and delivering on brief.
• Analyze asset performance and iterate to improve future work.
• Lead internal design initiatives, maintain design libraries and administer Figma workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Mid‑level experience working independently and collaborating with marketing and product stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with occasional in‑person collaboration in Madrid.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI design tools: Midjourney, Luma, Flora, Claude.
• Experience building landing pages in Wix Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Figma for design systems and workflow administration.
• Ability to produce graphics and video assets for digital and OOH channels.
