MLR Strategy Lead for Falcon AI – EU

About the role

Veeva is rebuilding the medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review process with AI through its Falcon MLR application. As the MLR Strategy Lead for Europe, you will own review quality, guide regulatory monitoring and shape the future of AI‑driven MLR for top pharmaceutical companies.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon’s AI findings across EU markets.
• Lead regulatory monitoring in partnership with engineering and product teams.
• Operationalize reviewer‑feedback loops to turn customer input into product improvements.
• Investigate and resolve why Falcon flags content, building a systematic troubleshooting process.
• Automate recurring review tasks using AI‑driven workflows.
• Own quality benchmarks and collaborate cross‑functionally on review quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience reviewing promotional material in pharma, biotech or an agency.
• Deep knowledge of European codes (EFPIA, ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM).
• Ability to quickly learn dense regulatory and legal material with proven results.
• Daily use of AI tools and a desire to further automate your work.
• Practical experience with Vault PromoMats for reviews, annotations and claims libraries.
• Residency within the EU.
