Mobile Developer – Native Android & iOS

About the role

Join adesso Spain’s international team as a Mobile Developer, creating high‑quality native applications for Android and iOS. You will work in a fully remote setting with occasional visits to the client office in Barcelona and travel to Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, and iOS apps using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, implement, and deliver new features.
• Implement modular app architectures that promote scalability and code reusability.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Handle end‑to‑end release management for the App Store and Play Store.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in native mobile development (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose or Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit).
• Strong knowledge of modular architecture and clean‑code principles.
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on both major app stores.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Quick, Nimble, and UnitTest.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or German is a plus.
