About the role

Join the Barceló team as a Baggage Porter at Occidental Pueblo Acantilado. You will support the reception and concierge areas while ensuring guests’ luggage and vehicles are handled safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with reception and concierge duties, including surveillance of hotel facilities, equipment, and materials.
• Control, store, and transport guests’ luggage within the hotel or at entry points.
• Perform simple tasks and errands both inside and outside the property.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in reception and concierge zones.
• Monitor the premises, report incidents to the appropriate department, and manage entry/exit of goods, suppliers, and personnel.
• Drive, park, and safeguard guests’ vehicles upon request.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Valid driving licence.
