MSC-E Training Centre Instructor (B1.3)

About the role

The MSC‑E Training Centre Instructor is responsible for delivering high‑quality maintenance training for Airbus Helicopter crews. You will ensure that all courses meet safety, regulatory and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement of the training curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all subjects and practices required for the courses and propose curriculum updates.
• Collaborate with the Exams manager to develop and maintain question banks.
• Apply Maintenance Training Manuals, regulations and procedures to guarantee compliance of courses, exams and evaluations.
• Monitor student progress across learning phases and report discrepancies and root causes to the Head of Training.
• Communicate any anomalies observed during courses, exams or evaluations to the responsible parties.
• Prepare classrooms and ensure all theoretical and practical training resources are available before each course.
• Verify that facilities used outside approved locations meet required standards.
• Identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity to protect the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Professional experience in aviation or helicopter maintenance training.
• Strong awareness of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to monitor and assess student performance and provide clear feedback.
• Commitment to integrity and continuous improvement.
