Multi-Domain Technology Demonstrator Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to turn advanced technology roadmaps into operational demonstrators. The role will manage complex System‑of‑Systems (SoS) projects that combine manned helicopters, unmanned aerial systems, ground command and control stations, and tactical cloud connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical, programmatic and planning execution of multi‑domain demonstrators up to TRL 6‑7, including public‑funding capture and justification.
• Integrate advanced SoS architectures, ensuring seamless data fusion, real‑time situational awareness and compliance with flight‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate a wide network of external stakeholders such as government entities, public authorities and technology partners.
• Manage the transition of matured technologies from R&T to core R&D product programmes.
• Oversee funding compliance, audit deliverables and act as primary liaison with public funding bodies.
• Work with the Head of IP to protect all generated intellectual property.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of aeronautical programme management experience, with a proven record in complex SoS or multi‑domain demonstrators.
• Strong autonomy and leadership, able to orchestrate multidisciplinary teams and navigate government and public‑authority ecosystems.
• Fluent in Spanish (native) and English (negotiation level); willingness to travel nationally and across Europe.
