Network Supply Planner

About the role

Join Henkel’s supply chain team in Barcelona as a Network Supply Planner. You will support the development and execution of long‑term supply plans, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and reviewing long‑term supply plans, providing accurate data inputs.
• Execute mid‑ and long‑term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region.
• Monitor supply network constraints and under‑utilisations, delivering detailed reports and recommendations.
• Support inventory policy reviews, track slow‑moving items and obsolete stock.
• Identify finished‑goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on business priorities.
• Provide inputs and reports for regional S&OP meetings to ensure supply‑demand alignment.
• Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to resolve supply issues.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field with a supply‑chain focus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in supply planning; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving attitude, team orientation and ability to work in a diverse, global environment.
