Norwegian‑Speaking Account Manager – Hospitality (Málaga)

About the role

We are looking for a Norwegian‑speaking Account Manager to join our hospitality team in Málaga. You will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships for some of the world’s most recognised hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts in the hospitality sector.
• Use CRM tools to qualify leads, generate opportunities and track sales progress.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Support clients with group accommodation, events and travel requests.

Required profile

• Fluent in Norwegian (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+).
• Background in sales, account management or customer success; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Organised, communicative and results‑driven.
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering great client experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
