Ocean Freight Product Manager – Iberia

About the role

We are looking for an Ocean Freight Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our FCL/LCL product strategy across the Iberian market. The role combines product strategy, operational oversight, commercial leadership and stakeholder management to drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Ocean Freight product roadmap in alignment with regional and global teams.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee daily FCL/LCL operations, ensuring service quality and coordinating with carriers, ports, truckers and customs brokers.
• Manage tariffs, pricing and cost control while owning the product P&L.
• Lead tender processes, support sales in winning strategic accounts and negotiate with carriers for cost savings.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, NVOs, port authorities and key customers; conduct QBRs and resolve performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs, sanctions, safety and ESG requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade or Business (MBA preferred).
• 5‑7 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, operations or procurement.
• Willingness to travel and strong command of English.
