Office Leasing Consultant

About the role

JLL is hiring an Office Leasing Consultant in Barcelona. The consultant identifies office buildings for marketing, sale or rent, negotiates exclusive marketing mandates and manages the whole marketing process until the lease contract is signed.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify office buildings for marketing, sale or rent through networking, press, databases and the internet, analysing asset situation, environment and prices.
• Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates and manage the full marketing process until the lease contract is signed.
• Once the mandate is confirmed, develop the business plan for each asset.
• Identify possible tenants, analyse their needs and requirements and match them to the best asset.
• Actively search for opportunities and mandates, and periodically monitor marketing status with landlords.

Required profile

• University degree in law, business or a similar field.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Planned and decisive, with negotiation skills, initiative and proactivity.
• Driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with business management software and tools, such as MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
