Omnichannel Senior Project Manager

About the role

LOEWE is seeking an Omnichannel Senior Project Manager to drive the evolution of its omnichannel ecosystem, ensuring seamless customer experiences across stores, digital channels and services. The role sits within the Retail Transformation & Omnichannel team and will coordinate initiatives from scoping through delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate omnichannel projects across all phases: planning, rollout, stabilization and optimisation.
• Define project plans, governance routines and ways of working for cross‑functional business and technology teams.
• Act as the central liaison between Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Digital, Finance, IT, regional teams and external partners.
• Align scope, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Document business requirements, operational processes and user needs; oversee UAT, launch readiness and post‑launch follow‑up.
• Monitor performance, risks and issues, providing visibility and escalation as needed.
• Facilitate governance meetings, decision tracking, stakeholder communication and project reporting.
• Document omnichannel processes, system interactions and key business flows to support scalability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and simplification of cross‑channel retail processes and customer journeys.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Proven track record delivering technology‑enabled initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer journeys across physical and digital channels.
• Experience working with omnichannel retail technologies and managing governance forums.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills in an international setting.
• Analytical, structured mindset with strong attention to detail.
