On-Demand Finance Lead (HQ)

About the role

Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022, a B2B vertical that lets partners run their own delivery channels using Glovo's logistics network across 10+ countries. As On-Demand Finance Lead, you will be the end-to-end owner of the vertical's financial performance, operations and growth strategy, with high visibility and autonomy. You will steer P&L performance, design automated Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and partner with Product and Tech on Fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and steer the On-Demand P&L across revenue and cost levers, build scenario models, evaluate expansion opportunities and run cost-reduction initiatives such as operational fee optimization.
• Design and optimize scalable O2C workflows so partners are invoiced on time and error-free, working with Financial Systems and GBS teams toward zero-debt targets.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build On-Demand Fintech features and identify ways to automate financial workflows with AI and tooling.
• Work with commercial teams on dynamic pricing, commercial guidelines and complex contract negotiations.
• Manage and coach two Finance Analysts day to day, set performance goals and support their development.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Strategy Consulting (e.g. MBB) or CFO-track roles in fast-paced tech or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record managing P&L economics, unit economics and cost-reduction or growth strategies.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with data-driven, hypothesis-led approaches.
• Strong communication with cross-functional leadership (Commercial, Ops, Product, GBS).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience managing, mentoring or leading junior analysts or team members.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C), invoicing systems and finance operational processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL (or strong desire to build hands-on querying skills).
• Experience with dynamic or fixed pricing structures and commercial contracts.
• Interest in or experience with automation tools and AI for operational tasks.
