Oncology & Hematology Portfolio Strategy Lead

About the role

GSK is looking for an Oncology and Hematology Portfolio Strategy Lead to lead the strategic planning and execution of launch readiness for late-stage pipeline assets. As the local business lead, you will turn portfolio ambitions into integrated launch plans that maximise long-term value for patients, healthcare systems and the organisation. The position reports to the VP Oncology Commercial Spain, is based in Tres Cantos (Spain) with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite, and requires fluency in Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Bring together Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal & Compliance, Communications and Global and Regional partners
• Assess the market and patient journey, forecast demand and develop value propositions and positioning
• Set up governance, define launch-readiness metrics, mitigate risks and deliver critical milestones
• Ensure organisational readiness, timely cross-functional execution and strong stakeholder engagement
• Achieve access, adoption and launch performance objectives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Business or a related field
• At least 8 years leading pharmaceutical product launches
• Similar leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in Oncology and/or Hematology
• Experience in a complex matrix organisation leading cross-functional teams
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
• Preferred: launch excellence, pre-launch planning or new product commercialisation experience; knowledge of market access and reimbursement pathways; international or regional experience in a global pharma organisation; MBA or equivalent
