About the role
The One-to-One Shadow Support role assists in delivering individualized support to students, both in the classroom and during activities, ensuring their progress and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Provide support to students in the classroom and during activities.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
Required profile
- Experience in learning support, preferably in an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in education or a related field.
