Operations Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Hard Rock International is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Hard Rock Cafe at Port Aventura. This position oversees a vibrant, multi‑dimensional operation that blends fresh, made‑from‑scratch cuisine, iconic bar service, live music, large‑scale events, and retail sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop large, cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive profitability and manage cost controls across food, beverage, events, and retail segments.
• Oversee daily front‑line restaurant operations, ensuring quality, safety, and service standards.
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, entertainment, and retail managers to execute seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to maintain fresh‑ingredient sourcing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, specifically restaurant front‑line operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, verifiable by peers and supervisors.
• Consultative mindset with the capacity to work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving capability and ability to develop actionable solutions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
