Oracle Financial Functional Stream Lead (F2M)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an Oracle Financial Functional Stream Lead (Finance to Manage) to support its global Business Transformation initiative. Based in Valencia, Spain, the role will ensure the Oracle‑based ERP solution (known internally as Wave) continues to meet performance objectives and adapts to evolving organisational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Chief of the Corporate Solutions Unit and Business Process Owners to align ERP functionality with business requirements.
• Oversee continuous platform updates, enhancements, and business improvement activities for the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management modules.
• Act as the functional subject‑matter expert for the Finance‑to‑Manage stream, guiding configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
• Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions to maintain a fit‑for‑future ERP environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading financial ERP implementations, preferably within large, multi‑national organisations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate them into system requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to work across functional and technical teams.
